Shipping
lease provide shipping instructions and the date for which items are needed. In the absence of shipping instructions, we will use the best judgement. Partial shipments on any order will be made at the request of the customer or at our discreation, and payment terms for partials shall be as outlined above. Freight charges may be invoiced seperately in some cases.

Transportation/Shipping Claims
F.O.B. shipping point. Freight will be prepaid and the charge added to the invoice or invoiced seperately. We will choose the most appropriate shipping method unless otherwise indicated by the customer.

All claims for loss or damage in transit must be made by consignee to carrier, although we will render every aid and assistance in the presentation and enforcement of such claims without waiver of our rights to have compliance with the terms for payment of our invoices.
