Packing & Packaging
Buyers are free to adjust or change the design, size, color etc. or use their own label, logo on the merchandise to meet their own specific requirements. If buyers send their own materials such as, label, any import duty incurred is to their own account. If buyers send film/artwork for label printing, cost of printing also their own account.

We pack all orders in standard cardboard boxes. If you need any extra package please inform us your requirements and give us time to work out for the pricing.

All merchandise is HAND-MADE; therefore size, packing, color and weight are approximated. Buyer must inform us within 7 days after receipt of products to claim for any damages incurred by product defects from our company. Email us at info@chivalrysilk.com , explain the damage/photos of the products and send to us. We will contact you back as soon as possible. Shipping charges of returned products and other expenses incurred is to buyer own account.
